EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
We hope you love what you order from us! Since our pieces are carefully curated, we currently do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed.
However, we do offer exchanges under certain conditions.
EXCHANGE ELIGIBILTY
Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
• Incorrect size received
• Incorrect item received
Exchanges will not be accepted if the product:
• Has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
• Is missing original tags or packaging
• Is reported after the exchange window
Exchange Window
• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE?
1. Reach out to us on Instagram DM at @the_wardrobes_09 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your order ID along with details of the issue.
3. Once approved, please ship the product back to us in its original condition:
• Unworn & unwashed
• Tags intact
4. After we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed.
Shipping Charges for Exchanges
• Shipping charges for sending the product back and re-shipping the exchanged item will be borne by the customer.

• All exchanges are subject to product inspection.
• We reserve the right to approve or decline exchange requests based on policy compliance.
